  This movie is known to be connected with history. During World War 2 Hitler discovered people who had psychic powers and kidnapped them to use them as war soldiers and later on other governments in the U.S. started doing the same thing and the governments were called The Division and some examples of the psychic powers in the movie were the abilities to sees the future and to move stuff with your mind, these people were called movers and watchers.
